Sigma Elektrik – Assured Power Continuity | Teksan TJ825BD

Uninterrupted power supply is one of the fundamental requirements for continuity, quality, and on-time delivery in industrial production. In facilities with high production volumes and sensitive processes, such as Sigma Elektrik, even short-term power interruptions can lead to operational losses and disruptions in production planning.

To address this requirement, a Teksan TJ825BD standby generator equipped with a Baudouin engine and rated at 824 kVA was successfully commissioned at Sigma Elektrik’s production facility. Following detailed load analysis and technical evaluations, the most suitable backup power solution was implemented to secure the facility’s critical lines.

As a result of this project:

Energy continuity in production processes has been ensured.
The impact of grid-related power interruptions on operations has been eliminated.
Safe operation of critical machinery and systems has been secured.
